C4 Mobile Game Truck – Terms & Conditions

1. Reservation & Payment Policy
A credit card is required to reserve an event. A 50% deposit is due upon booking. The full balance must be paid at least 2 days prior to your event.
If booking within 3 days of the event, full payment is required at the time of booking.

2. Travel & Fuel Surcharge
Our standard service area includes locations within an 18-mile radius of Suwanee, GA (ZIP 30024).
Events outside this area are subject to a fuel surcharge:

  • 0–18 miles: No charge
  • 18–28 miles: $44
  • 29–38 miles: $54
  • 39–48 miles: $74

For locations beyond 48 miles, please contact us directly for availability.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

  • No refunds will be issued once a deposit or payment has been made.
  • Cancellations made within 72 hours of the event require full payment of the remaining balance.
  • You may reschedule once within 6 months of the original date, based on availability, with no penalty.

4. Weather Policy
Our game theater is climate-controlled for year-round operation.
However, in the event of severe weather (e.g., flooding, lightning, high winds, Snow), C4 reserves the right to delay, cancel, or reschedule service to protect guests, staff, and equipment.
If you’re concerned about weather conditions, contact us in advance to discuss options.

5. Supervision of Children

  • A responsible adult must be inside the trailer for children under 9.
  • An adult must remain on-site and in contact with staff for children under 15.

6. Food & Drink Policy
No food or beverages are allowed inside the gaming theater to maintain a clean and safe environment.

7. Alcohol & Drug Policy

  • If alcohol is served at your event, C4 reserves the right to refuse or end services if staff determines there is a safety concern.
  • Drug use of any kind near our equipment will result in immediate termination of services.

8. Damage & Liability Policy

  • We are not liable for damage caused by positioning the trailer on your property.
  • Clients are responsible for any damage to the trailer or equipment caused by their guests.
  • C4 is not responsible for injuries sustained on your property during the event. Liability remains with the event host.

9. Photography & Media Release
C4 staff may take photos or videos during your event for promotional use on our website or social media.
If you do not consent, please inform us prior to your event or notify our staff upon arrival.
No royalties or compensation will be provided for use of media.

10. Video Game Content
C4 will not allow games rated “M” or higher unless approved in advance by the event host.
Please notify us if you would like specific mature titles available at your event.

11. Parking & Setup Requirements

  • We require a minimum of 65 feet of level parking space on a paved surface.
  • We cannot park on grass, gravel, or any soft ground.
  • The trailer remains attached to the truck at all times.
  • Please notify neighbors if the trailer may block driveways or roads.

12. Cleanup & Breakdown Time
C4 Mobile Game Truck reserves the final 5 minutes of your scheduled event for cleanup and equipment breakdown. This ensures we maintain the highest standards of safety, cleanliness, and timeliness for your event and those that follow.
