Yes. A 50% deposit secures your event date. The remaining balance is due before or on the day of your event. No surprise fees — what you see is what you pay.
Up to 24 players can game at one time per truck. Our Game Coach manages rotations so every guest gets their turn. For larger events, we can deploy multiple trucks.
Our climate-controlled, self-powered game truck runs rain or shine. If roads are severely icy and unsafe to drive, we will reschedule your event for free. We do not offer refunds.
Most locations within our service area are included in your package price. Travel outside our primary service area may include an additional fee. Contact us to confirm for your location.
C4 is great for ages 7 and up but we can tailor games for kids, teens, and adults. We select age-appropriate titles based on the group at your event.
Weekends fill fast — especially spring, summer, and holidays. We recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks in advance for birthday parties.
Yes. C4 hosts school events, PBIS programs, fundraisers, and corporate team building across Atlanta. School and corporate events use a custom quote — submit an event request here.
Yes. Add-ons like VR ($80), Nintendo Switch ($80), Additional TVs ($80), Karaoke ($199), and Additional Gamers ($25 each) can be added during booking or by calling 678-756-8243 before your event.
