We recommend booking 2–4 weeks in advance for birthday parties. Weekends — especially Saturdays — fill very quickly. For school events and corporate events requiring multiple trucks, 4–6 weeks is preferred. Don't wait — popular dates sell out.

Tips are not required but are always warmly appreciated by our Game Coaches. If your Coach delivered an exceptional experience and you want to show it — go for it.

C4 arrives 30–45 minutes before your start time to park and complete setup. Our Game Coach introduces the experience to your guests, manages all game rotations and activity throughout the event, and handles full breakdown when it's over.

Your only job is to enjoy the party. We handle everything else.

The C4 Game Truck + tow vehicle requires approximately 50–60 feet of flat, accessible space (roughly 6–7 parking spaces). Width is approximately 9 feet. A standard driveway, cul-de-sac, or street parking in front of your home all work well.

For events at parks or public spaces, please obtain any necessary permits from your local city in advance. C4 is not responsible for obtaining permits or authorizations.

Important: Please have the space clear and ready when we arrive. If parking delays setup, we may not be able to extend the event duration due to scheduling.

Not a problem. The C4 Game Truck is fully climate-controlled and completely weather-proof. Rain, heat, or cold have zero impact on the gaming experience inside. Your event runs exactly as planned regardless of the forecast — no backup plan needed.

Yes. C4 parks at homes, school parking lots, office complexes, corporate campuses, parks, churches, and event venues across the Atlanta metro area. As long as you have approximately 50–60 feet of flat accessible space, we can come to you.

For school events, C4 is an approved vendor for Gwinnett County, DeKalb County, and Fulton County school districts — meaning on-campus operation is already cleared for those districts.
