Deposit Policy

A 50% deposit is required at booking to secure your event date. The remaining balance is due before or on the day of your event. No surprise fees are added at checkout — the price you see is the price you pay.

Weather Policy

Our climate-controlled, self-powered truck runs rain or shine. Heat, rain, cold — the experience inside never changes. If roads are severely icy and unsafe to drive, we will reschedule your event for free. We do not offer refunds.

Reschedule Policy

Life happens. If you need to change your event date, contact us at least 5 days before your scheduled event and we'll move your booking to a new date at no charge. Rescheduling is always an option — refunds are not.

You'll receive an immediate booking confirmation by email, followed by a reminder closer to your event date. We arrive 45 minutes early on the day of your event to set up. Your only job is to show up and enjoy.
Yes. Add-ons like Karaoke ($199), VR Headset ($80), Nintendo Switch ($80), Additional TV ($80), and Additional Gamers ($25 each) can be added during checkout or by calling us at 678-756-8243 before your event day.
If your preferred date shows as unavailable, call us at 678-756-8243. We operate two trucks and sometimes have availability that hasn't been updated in the system. We respond fast — even evenings and weekends.
Online booking is for birthday parties and private events. School events, corporate events, non-profits, and large community events use our event request form for a custom quote. Corporate clients also get PO and invoice options.
Our truck needs one standard parking space — about 40-50 feet of level ground. We park in driveways, cul-de-sacs, parking lots, and streets. If you're unsure about your space, call us at 678-756-8243 and we'll confirm access before you book.
Most locations within our primary service area have no travel fee. Suwanee, Duluth, Lawrenceville, Alpharetta, Johns Creek, Buford, Cumming and surrounding Gwinnett cities are all included. Locations further out (Marietta, Sandy Springs, Atlanta) may have a small travel fee — call us to confirm.
