SALES ASSOCIATE COMMISSION AGREEMENT
C4 Mobile Gaming LLC
This Sales Associate Commission Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into on Date , between:
C4 Mobile Gaming LLC, a Georgia limited liability company (“Company”), and (“Associate”).
The Company and Associate may collectively be referred to as the “Parties.”
The purpose of this Agreement is to establish the terms under which the Associate may introduce, refer, and assist in securing corporate event bookings for C4 Mobile Gaming and receive commission compensation for successful bookings.
Associate acknowledges that this role is independent and commission-based, and participation may be passive or active depending on involvement in each transaction.
The Associate is an independent contractor, not an employee of the Company.
Nothing in this Agreement shall be interpreted to create:
an employer/employee relationship
a partnership
a joint venture
Associate is responsible for their own taxes and financial obligations.
Associate may:
Introduce corporate contacts to C4 Mobile Gaming
Refer potential corporate event opportunities
Assist in scheduling calls or meetings
Assist in closing event bookings when applicable
The Company retains full authority over:
pricing
contracts
event logistics
service delivery
final acceptance of any booking
Commission will be paid only for completed corporate event bookings that result in payment to the Company.
Standard corporate event value used for commission examples: $1,050
The Associate may earn commission under the following tiers based on level of involvement.
Associate earns 5% commission when:
Associate introduces a corporate contact to the Company
The Company manages the sales process
The event is booked and payment is received
Example
Corporate Event Value: $1,050Commission: 5%Commission Earned: $52.50
Associate earns 7%–10% commission when:
Associate introduces the opportunity
Associate assists with communication or coordination
Associate helps secure a meeting with the decision maker
Associate helps schedule discussions or follow-ups
Final percentage within this range may be determined by the Company based on the level of participation.
Corporate Event Value: $1,050Commission Range: 7% – 10%Commission Earned: $73.50 – $105
Associate earns 12%–15% commission when:
Associate plays a significant role in securing the booking including:
Handling sales conversations
Addressing client questions or objections
Confirming event details
Encouraging or facilitating payment of the deposit or contract completion
Corporate Event Value: $1,050Commission Range: 12% – 15%Commission Earned: $126 – $157.50
The Associate may receive commission for birthday party event referrals when a customer completes their reservation using the Associate’s assigned sales referral code during checkout on the Company’s booking platform.
Associate will receive a flat 10% commission on the base event price for each qualifying birthday party booking.
Commission will be calculated on the event service price only and will not include taxes, travel fees, add-ons, or gratuities.
A birthday party referral qualifies for commission only when:
The customer uses the Associate’s unique referral code at checkout, and
The event reservation is successfully booked and paid, and
The event is not cancelled or refunded.
If a birthday party booking is $549:
Commission = 10%Associate Earns = $54.90
If a birthday party booking is $649:
Commission = 10%Associate Earns = $64.90
Birthday referral commissions will be paid within 14 days after the event payment has been successfully processed and confirmed by the Company.
The referral code used during checkout will serve as the sole attribution method for birthday party referral commissions.
If the referral code is not used at checkout, the booking will not qualify for commission, unless otherwise approved in writing by the Company.
Commission will be paid only when:
The event is officially booked, and
The Company has received payment from the client.
Commission payments will be issued within 14 days after the event payment is received.
If an event is:
cancelled
refunded
not paid
then no commission will be owed.
To receive commission credit, the Associate must clearly identify referred opportunities by providing:
Company name
Contact name
Contact email or phone number
The Company must be able to reasonably confirm the Associate was responsible for the introduction.
The Company reserves the right to determine lead ownership in cases where:
a lead already exists in the Company’s system
multiple parties claim credit for the same lead
Associate may not alter pricing or make pricing guarantees without written approval from the Company.
All final pricing, discounts, and contract terms must be approved by C4 Mobile Gaming.
Unauthorized discounts or misrepresentation may result in:
reduced commission
forfeiture of commission
Associate agrees to keep confidential any non-public information related to:
client contacts
pricing strategies
operational procedures
marketing strategies
internal systems
This confidentiality obligation survives termination of this Agreement.
This Agreement may be terminated by either Party at any time with written notice.
If termination occurs:
commissions will still be paid for deals closed and paid prior to termination
commissions will not be owed for opportunities that have not yet resulted in payment.
Associate may not:
sign contracts on behalf of the Company
make operational commitments
represent themselves as an employee of C4 Mobile Gaming
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.
This Agreement represents the entire understanding between the Parties and supersedes any prior discussions or agreements.
Any amendments must be made in writing and signed by both Parties.
