Not share, sell, or disclose any Confidential Information to third parties
Take reasonable steps to protect the information from unauthorized use or access

Confidential Information does not include information that:

This Agreement shall remain in effect during the project and for 2 years after termination of the work relationship.

Upon request or at the end of the project, the Receiving Party agrees to return or permanently delete all confidential files.

Nothing in this Agreement gives the Receiving Party ownership of any intellectual property, content, or brand assets.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Georgia.
