Franchise Disclosure Document


Item 1: The Franchisor and any Parents, Predecessors and Affiliates

C4 Mobile Gaming Franchisor, INC, a Georgia limited liability company, was formed in to franchise the C4 Mobile Gaming system. Our principal business address is .

C4 Mobile Gaming specializes in mobile video game party experiences delivered through custom-built gaming trailers. We do not have any parent companies. Affiliates may include related entities that provide equipment, financing, or support services. We have not offered franchises under any other name.


Item 2: Business Experience

Our executive team has combined experience in:

  • Mobile entertainment services

  • Franchise system development and growth

  • Event management and youth programming

  • Digital marketing and lead generation

Item 3: Litigation

Neither we, our affiliates, nor any of our officers have been convicted of or pleaded guilty to any felony, or have been held liable in a civil action involving franchise law, fraud, or unfair business practices.

We have no pending litigation that would affect our ability to offer franchises.


Item 4: Bankruptcy

Neither we, our affiliates, nor any of our officers have filed for bankruptcy within the last 10 years.


Item 5: Initial Fees

When you sign the Franchise Agreement, you must pay us the following upfront fees:

  • Franchise Fee: $30,000 (non-refundable).

  • Buildout Fee: $50,000 (covers custom trailer construction, gaming equipment, and branding package).

Total Initial Franchise Fee: $80,000

This fee is uniform for all franchisees.

 


Item 6: Other Fees (Updated)

In addition to the Initial Franchise Fee and Buildout Fee, you must pay the following continuing or occasional fees:

  • Royalty Fee: 4% of Gross Sales, payable monthly.

    • This fee covers ongoing support, use of the C4 Mobile Gaming brand and systems, and access to our centralized operations infrastructure.

  • Marketing, Customer Service & Booking Contribution: $2,000 of Gross Sales, payable monthly.

    • This contribution funds:

      • All corporate-managed marketing campaigns (digital ads, SEO, social media, etc.)

      • All customer inquiries and pre-purchase communications

      • Our centralized booking and event distribution system, which ensures:

        • Fair event assignment across franchisees

        • Scheduling based on each franchisee’s availability

        • Travel distances between events maintained within 20–45 minutes to ensure on-time arrivals

  • Technology Fee: $1,500/year for access to the corporate CRM, scheduling system, and booking software.

  • Insurance: Franchisees must maintain required insurance coverage. If you fail to do so, we may obtain insurance on your behalf and charge you back for the full cost.

  • Renewal Fee: $5,000, due upon renewal of the Franchise Agreement.

  • Transfer Fee: $10,000, payable if you sell or transfer your franchise to another party.

  • Audit Fee: If an audit shows an understatement of Gross Sales greater than 2%, you must pay the cost of the audit, plus any unpaid fees and interest.


 


Item 7: Estimated Initial Investment

The total estimated initial investment ranges from $80,000 to $184,000. This includes:

Item 8: Restrictions on Sources of Products and Services

Trailer Wrap & Branding:

  • The trailer wrap, design, and all related branding elements are the exclusive property of C4 Mobile Gaming Franchisor, INC.

  • The franchisor has the sole right, in its discretion, to change, update, or modify the trailer wrap design, colors, logos, or branding at any time.

  • Franchisees must comply with any required updates to maintain system-wide brand consistency. Any costs associated with required re-wrapping or branding changes will be the responsibility of the franchisee.

  • Franchisees may not alter, add to, or cover any part of the wrap without written approval from the franchisor.

  • Tow Vehicle Requirement:

    • Franchisees must provide and maintain a pickup truck with a minimum towing capacity of 14,000 pounds to operate the C4 Mobile Gaming trailer.

    • The franchisor must approve the make and model of the vehicle before launch to ensure safety and compatibility.

    • Franchisees are solely responsible for purchase, financing, and maintenance of the tow vehicle.


Item 9: Franchisee’s Obligations

Your primary obligations include:

  • Operating your franchise in full compliance with our standards.

  • Reporting Gross Sales accurately and on time.

  • Paying royalties, fees, and contributions when due.

  • Maintaining required insurance.

  • Attending all required training.

  • Ensuring your truck and equipment are kept in good working order.

  • Maintain a properly functioning tow vehicle with the required towing capacity (14,000 lbs minimum) at all times. Failure to maintain a compliant tow vehicle may result in suspension of operations until corrected.

Item 10: Financing

We do not currently offer direct financing. However, we may introduce franchisees to third-party lenders who understand the mobile entertainment business and may offer financing for the initial franchise fee, truck buildout, or equipment.

Approval of financing is solely at the discretion of those lenders.


Item 11: Franchisor’s Assistance, Advertising, Computer Systems and Training

We provide the following support:

  • Marketing & Lead Generation:
    • We manage all digital and traditional marketing campaigns on behalf of the brand, including paid ads, SEO, social media, and community outreach.
    • Franchisees do not run their own marketing campaigns. This ensures consistent branding, higher lead conversion, and efficient use of the marketing fund.
  • Pre-Purchase Customer Service:
    • Our corporate support team handles all inquiries, customer communications, and event planning discussions prior to booking.
    • Franchisees are relieved of the time-consuming sales process and instead receive confirmed bookings.
  • Centralized Booking System:
    • All reservations flow through our corporate booking platform.
    • Customers book directly online or through our call center, and events are assigned to the franchisee’s protected territory.
    • Franchisees receive notifications of scheduled events and are responsible only for event execution and follow-up.
  • Training:
    • Initial Training: Up to 7 days of classroom and hands-on training at our headquarters covering truck operation, event execution, and customer experience.
    • On-Site Training: 2 days of field training in the franchisee’s territory during launch.
  • Operations Manual:
    • A comprehensive guide covering truck setup, event operations, customer service during events, safety standards, and troubleshooting.
  • Technology Systems:
    • Access to our integrated CRM, scheduling, and reporting system, which automates bookings, payments, and customer communications.
  • Ongoing Support:
    • Continuous phone, email, and in-field support for operations, technology, and customer service.

Item 12: Territory

We do not grant exclusive or protected territories. Instead, C4 Mobile Gaming manages all bookings through our centralized system to maximize event coverage and ensure operational efficiency.

  • Booking Management:

    • All customer inquiries and reservations are processed through our corporate booking platform.

    • Franchisees control their own availability and scheduling within the system.

  • Event Assignment:

    • Events are assigned to franchisees based on their availability and proximity to the event location.

    • Our goal is to ensure events are scheduled within 20–45 minutes travel time from one another, allowing franchisees to arrive on time and manage multiple events in a day if desired.

  • Fair Distribution:

    • We use a centralized dispatch system to distribute bookings fairly among available franchisees while maximizing customer satisfaction and truck utilization.

    • Franchisees who maintain consistent availability and strong customer service records may receive priority in assignments.

  • No Exclusive Rights:

    • Because we manage bookings across a shared market, no franchisee is guaranteed exclusive rights to a geographic territory.

    • However, the booking system ensures that all franchisees have equitable access to events based on their chosen availability.


Item 13: Trademarks

We own the registered trademark C4 Mobile Gaming®, as issued by the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO). This trademark, along with our logo, designs, and other brand elements, are protected intellectual property of C4 Mobile Gaming Franchisor, INC.

As a franchisee, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use our trademarks in connection with the operation of your franchise, as outlined in the Franchise Agreement. Unauthorized or unapproved use of our trademarks is strictly prohibited.

You may not use the name “C4 Mobile Gaming”, our logos, or any confusingly similar marks as part of any corporate entity, domain name, email address, or social media handle without our written approval.


Item 14: Patents, Copyrights, and Proprietary Information

We do not own any patents. However, we claim copyright and trade secret protection over our operations manual, marketing materials, and proprietary training systems.

Franchisees may not copy, share, or distribute these materials without written permission.


Item 15: Obligation to Participate in the Actual Operation of the Franchise Business

Franchisees must ensure that the business is operated under their direct supervision or by a trained and approved manager.

  • You do not have to be present at every event, but you must actively oversee the management of your franchise.

  • Semi-absentee ownership is permitted if you appoint a qualified manager who completes our training program.


Item 16: Restrictions on Products and Services Offered

Franchisees may only offer services approved by C4 Mobile Gaming. These include:

  • Mobile gaming trailer rentals for parties, schools, churches, corporate events, and community functions.

  • Add-on services such as VR, additional gaming consoles, or other franchisor-approved entertainment.

Franchisees may not offer unapproved services (e.g., catering, bounce houses, unrelated entertainment) without prior written authorization.


Item 17: Renewal, Termination, Transfer, and Dispute Resolution

  • Term: The initial franchise agreement is for 5 years.

  • Renewal: Franchisees may renew for an additional 5 years if they are in good standing, subject to payment of a $5,000 renewal fee.

  • Termination: We may terminate for failure to pay fees, misreporting sales, or violation of system standards.

  • Transfer: You may transfer your franchise with our written approval and payment of a $10,000 transfer fee.

  • Disputes: All disputes will be resolved by mediation, and if necessary, binding arbitration in the State of Georgia.


Item 18: Public Figures

No public figures currently promote or have ownership in C4 Mobile Gaming. If we engage influencers, athletes, or celebrities in the future, this will be disclosed.


Item 19: Financial Performance Representations

We may provide historical financial performance information from our company-owned operations and/or existing franchisees.

This section will include data such as:

  • Average gross sales per truck: $150,000/Year

  • Average number of events per month/ 20-30 events per month

  • Typical profit margins after expenses: 60% profit margin

Note: We do not make any representations about a franchisee’s future financial performance. Actual results will vary.


Item 20: Outlets and Franchisee Information

This section will show:

  • The number of company-owned outlets

  • The number of franchise outlets currently operating

  • Projected new openings for the next 3 years

For C4 Mobile Gaming, this will include your current Georgia and South Carolina units, plus projected expansion numbers.


Item 21: Financial Statements

We will provide audited financial statements for C4 Mobile Gaming Franchisor, INC. These include:

  • Balance Sheets

  • Income Statements

  • Cash Flow Statements

This demonstrates our financial stability and ability to support the franchise system.


Item 22: Contracts

This section will include copies of all agreements you must sign, including:

  • Franchise Agreement

  • Territory Addendum (if applicable)

  • Technology/CRM License Agreement

  • Marketing Fund Agreement


Item 23: Receipts

The last page of this FDD is the Receipt, which you must sign and return. It confirms you received this FDD on a specific date.

This acknowledgment ensures compliance with the FTC Rule, which requires that you receive the FDD at least 14 calendar days before signing any agreement or paying any fees.
