Overview
Based on our experience with brewery events and gaming tournaments, it typically takes several weeks for a new recurring event to build awareness, gain traction, and develop a consistent audience.
Rather than committing to a long-term schedule immediately, we recommend launching with a 4-week pilot program. This gives us an opportunity to introduce the tournament to the community, build momentum from week to week, and evaluate attendance before discussing a longer-term partnership.

C4 Mobile Gaming Will Provide
- C4 Mobile Gaming Truck
- Gaming systems and displays
- Multiplayer gaming experience
- On-site C4 Game Coach
- Tournament gaming support
- Approximately 2.5 hours of gaming each Monday
- Capacity for up to 15 gamers at one time
Goal of the Pilot
The first month will focus on establishing the event and building awareness. At the conclusion of the four weeks, we can review participation and determine the best schedule and pricing structure for continuing the tournament through December.
